In RocketDash, the top four finishing ships will earn points based on their race results. The point system is as follows:
1st place: 10 points
2nd place: 6 points
3rd place: 4 points
4th place: 1 point
5th place and below: 0 points Additionally, ships that finish in 9th place or lower will also receive a penalty of -2 points. This point system rewards ships that finish higher in the race and encourages competition among players.
In RocketDash, the class tier structure is as follows:
Basic Training: This is where players begin their journey in the game and complete 5 RNG-based races.
Cadet: Once the Basic Training is completed, all ships will advance to the Cadet class, this is the starting point for the Main Classes.
Main Classes:
Pilot (Class 4): This is the lowest class rating, where ships begin to compete based on their stats and attributes.
Engineer (Class 3): As ships gain points and improve their performance in races, they can advance to this class
Astronaut (Class 2): The competition becomes stronger in this class, and ships must continue to perform well to advance to the next class
Elonaut (Class 1): The highest class rating, only the best performing ships will reach this level.
A ship's class rating can increase or decrease based on their finishing position in races, relative to the strength of competition in that race. As a result, Rockets can move up and down classes. This keeps the game competitive and interesting for all players.
The table below details the points needed to move up a class in RocketDash. Higher classes get access to higher earning potential!
Pilot
0
Engineer
60
Astronaut
125
Elonaut
350
To advance from Pilot to Engineer, a ship must earn 60 points in races.
To advance from Engineer to Astronaut, a ship must earn an additional 65 points, for a total of 125 points.
To advance from Astronaut to Elonaut, a ship must earn an additional 225 points, for a total of 350 points.
It is important to keep in mind that ships can also move down in classes if they don't perform well and lose points. And also the points are based on the race results and relative to the strength of competition in that race, so the points needed could vary.
Stats are base on a Probablitiy % system.
